Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation to ensure timely service
Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
Support the serving team by ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe kitchen environment
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
