We are seeking a talented and qualified Nail and Lash Technician to join our beauty team. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Apply eyelash extensions, lifts, and tints to enhance clients’ natural beauty
Conduct body waxing services in accordance with sanitation standards
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
Upsell retail products to clients to support their ongoing beauty routines
Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment following health regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing and professional experience for each client
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized care
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry
Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician and Lash Artist with a portfolio of work preferred
Knowledge of body waxing procedures and sanitation protocols
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to perform nail care services with precision and creativity
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Ability to upsell retail products naturally and confidently
Basic understanding of retail sales strategies within the beauty industry
Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety standards at all times
Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: $17.20-$37.37 per hour
