Duties:
Operate snow plow equipment, either a skid steer or plow truck, to clear commercial parking lots, during winter weather conditions
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
Remain on call for duration of contract, Nov 15th - March 31st. Monitor weather conditions and be available within 2 hours notice of likely weather event
Explicit snow from entrances, exits, and emergency routes to maintain safe access
Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts
Skills:
Experience in the on-call, snow and ice industry
Ability to operate and maintain snow plow equipment effectively (Skid steers / plow trucks)
Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
