The Used Car Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop effective sales strategies, manage inventory, and coach a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings robust automotive sales experience, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while achieving dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily used vehicle sales operations and team performance.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales consultants.
Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Oversee inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and aging.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and sales KPIs.
Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.




Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.

Skills & Qualifications
Solid leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Experience in automotive sales, inventory management, and business development.
Understanding of dealership KPIs, financial performance, and profitability.
Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
Multilingual abilities are an asset.
