YWCA Toronto, on behalf of our employer partner, is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst to turn business needs into practical technology solutions and guide assigned projects from requirements through launch.

What you’ll do
Gather requirements and turn them into explicit specifications and user stories.
Map business processes and recommend improvements.
Work with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to resolve gaps and keep projects on track.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, track defects, and support production launches.

What you bring
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience documenting requirements and improving business processes.
Familiarity with software development, Agile methods, and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
A relevant bachelor’s degree,



or equivalent practical experience and certifications.

Experience in financial services or lending is an asset. Familiarity with SQL and testing is also helpful.

Pay: $33.33-$45.13 per hour
