Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and professionalism
Identify client needs and tailor conversations to highlight relevant solutions
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of interactions using various methods
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and generate recent business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach strategies




Stay informed about product updates, and competitive offerings to enhance sales pitches
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales, preferably in B2B environments
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
Working knowledge with Excel
Background in marketing, business development, and sales
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals
HVAC knowledge
Knowledge of the Hospitality market in Canada
