We are looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Educational Assistant to support students and teachers in a positive learning environment. As an Educational Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and school staff to support student learning, encourage independence, and assist with daily classroom activities.
What You’ll Do
Support students with classroom activities and learning tasks
Assist teachers with daily educational activities and lesson support
Provide guidance and encouragement to students during learning activities
Help students develop social, communication, and organizational skills
Support students with individual learning needs
Assist with classroom preparation and maintaining an organized environment
Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers
Encourage positive behaviour and student engagement
Support safe transitions and daily routines
Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families when required
