Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team in a rapid-paced food service workplace. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. This role involves both serving customers and handling cash transactions, ensuring a seamless dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Process cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in handling payments.
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Prepare food items as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and cashier station.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.




Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience
Previous experience in a cashier or server role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices is essential.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus, but not mandatory.
