Duties
Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering style recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments




Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at home
Ensure all safety protocols are followed to uphold health standards and sanitation regulations

Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a grooming environment
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
Solid organizational skills for managing appointments, retail sales, and front desk duties
Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
Previous experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus
