Responsibilities

- Supervise shipping and receiving, after-sales service, inventory control, loss prevention, and point-of-sale functions.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and assist with managing all areas of boutique operations.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of retail stock associate experience, with an operations background.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule with diverse hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and perform the role's physical duties.
- Willingness to follow company policies and standards and travel as needed.
