Define and document the roles,



responsibilities and processes related to the Planning function. Develop, maintain and harmonize Planning processes, standards and practices across the various sites and programs. Ensure the governance of planning processes and their consistent application. Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve operational efficiency. Participate in defining and executing the Planning function's technology roadmap (IT Roadmap). Define business needs, write functional requirements and support the implementation of current solutions. Act as the functional focal point for Planning tools and ERP systems. Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital solutions that support automation and process improvement. Collaborate with the various functions to ensure enterprise-wide alignment of transformation initiatives. Assess opportunities involving automation, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics tools. Develop and maintain the Planning function's knowledge domain. Develop and maintain job profile matrices and competency matrices for the Planning community. Create and maintain a structured training document for new employees to facilitate onboarding and knowledge
