We are looking for a friendly and welcoming barista to join our team at a busy café. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with customers, works well under pressure, and can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare espresso drinks and coffee beverages efficiently and consistently
Create high-quality latte art on all milk-based drinks
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Provide warm, friendly service to all customers
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods
Requirements
Previous experience working in a busy café
Ability to multitask between barista duties and cashier responsibilities
Consistently good latte art is essential
Comfortable handling a rush while maintaining quality and speed
Friendly, positive, and skilled attitude
Compensation
Starting wage: $18.25/hour
$20/hour for candidates who demonstrate the ability to handle drink volume efficiently during busy periods
