We are looking for a Café Operations Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our café and support the team as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations and make sure everything runs smoothly
Work closely with the General Manager and report directly to them on operations, staff, sales, and any issues
Help increase sales and bring in current customers
Monitor sales and identify ways to improve performance
Oversee kitchen and food operations, including quality, organization, inventory, and consistency
Help manage inventory, ordering, waste, and food costs
Support and guide staff during shifts
Make sure employees are staying productive and following their assigned roles
Help train new employees and improve team performance
Identify problems and find practical solutions
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café




Work with the GM and management team on day-to-day operations and improvements

Qualifications:
Previous experience in café, restaurant, food service, or retail management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting
Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative
Experience with sales, inventory, and staff management is an asset
Food service or kitchen experience is an asset

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, solve problems, and help the café run efficiently without needing constant supervision.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
