Overview
Join our energetic fabrication team as a Fabrication Worker/Fitter/Steel Worker and become a vital part of building high-quality steel structures and components. You will be responsible for cutting, bending, assembling, and installing steel parts with precision and safety at the forefront. Duties
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of steel components
Operate machinery such as plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining tools to cut, bend, and shape steel materials
Use hand tools, power tools, and other precision instruments to assemble parts according to specifications
Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy steel sections using cranes or forklifts safely
Measure materials accurately with calipers and basic math skills to ensure precise fabrication




Assemble ductwork or structural components as per project requirements while adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Proven experience in steel fabrication, fitting, or construction environments with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
Experience operating machinery such as plasma cutters, press brakes, machining tools, cranes, forklifts, and hand/power tools
Knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, ductwork fabrication, and assembly procedures
Ability to use measuring instruments like calipers accurately along with basic math skills for precise work
Construction experience is a plus; safety-conscious mindset with adherence to industry standards
