About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and responsible Brand Ambassador to represent a client at local events, pop-ups, and brand activations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating memorable experiences, and bringing a brand’s story to life in engaging and dynamic ways.

Bonus points for candidates with theatre, acting, or performance experience, though this is not required.

Responsibilities
Represent the brand at events, activations, and in public-facing environments
Engage with the public in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every event
Assist with event set-up and tear-down as needed
Capture social media moments (photos and videos) during events
Travel to various event locations in Ottawa and surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
Reliable, responsible, and skilled




Comfortable engaging with strangers and initiating conversations
Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Available for evening and weekend shifts as required
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Experience in customer service, events, promotions, or theatre is an asset but not required
