Experienced Service Advisor needed for a busy, fast-paced, premium GTA Store! This is a rare prospect to be part of a highly efficient team.
Responsibilities:
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment

Implement all systems, procedures, and processes

Qualifications:
Superior customer service skills
Proven track record of exceeding industry benchmarks
Able to handle over one million dollars in annual sales
Automotive and tire knowledge
Excellent organizational and task management skills
Familiarity with computers and other technology
Keen understanding of the automotive aftermarket repair business
