The Role
Work on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects.
Collaborate in cross-functional program review or product delivery teams.
Participate in field research, backlog definition, sprint planning, and execution.
Develop functionality for public service provision.
Contribute to a shared understanding of project issues and current service implementation.
Advise product owners on technical efforts and implementation options.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalencies considered.
Experience with source control, particularly Git,
in collaborative software development.
Proficiency in automated unit testing and integration testing.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile workplace.
Experience with production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
Nice to have: Experience with incrementally transforming legacy systems and leveraging generative AI.
