We are hiring friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Servers to join our front-of-house team.
Our servers are primarily responsible for taking care of guests, managing assigned tables, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Main Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Explain menu options and hot pot dining procedures when needed
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Monitor assigned tables throughout the meal
Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist with order accuracy and communicate with the kitchen and food runners
Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned table sections
Handle guest concerns appropriately and involve a supervisor when necessary
Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods
What We Are Looking For
Friendly, skilled, and comfortable communicating with guests
Robust sense of responsibility and teamwork
Able to stay organized while managing multiple tables
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
Previous serving experience is preferred
Hot pot or Asian restaurant experience is an asset
Must be willing to learn menu items and restaurant service standards
