We are looking for a Criminal Inadmissibility Practice Lead Lawyer with 2+ years of experience to lead and scale one of the fastest-growing practice areas at a pioneering AI-native Canadian immigration law firm. This is a unique prospect to combine legal expertise with technology and operational leadership — with a clear path toward General Manager responsibility
What will you be doing?
Leading the Crim/Inadmissibility department and managing a team of ~3 case managers, including setting expectations, coaching, and driving performance
Owning operational metrics via the firm's internal Command Center (file throughput, CSAT scores, response times, stuck files) and running weekly reviews
Partnering with the internal CTO and engineering team to prototype and build AI-powered tools that make the practice more productive and scalable
