Independent Tire is presently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Store Manager.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing tire services, both in the shop and on the road
Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities
Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, qualified manner
Advising and dispatching technicians of work that must be completed
Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service
Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a robust business ethic for dealing with team members, suppliers and customers
Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

Qualifications:
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Proven leadership ability,



with a strong focus on operations and business processes
Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
Basic mechanical aptitude and previous exposure to commercial fleet vehicles
Well-developed people skills with the ability to interact in a professional manner with both internal and external customers as well as team members
