Job Overview

Top Level Concrete is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Labourer to join our growing team. This position involves a wide range of concrete and site services including concrete finishing, concrete forming, site preparation, grading, excavation support, and operating machinery/equipment.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, punctual, dependable, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Team members play an important role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and agile work setting.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on-site
Perform general labour tasks including digging, lifting, moving materials, and site clean-up
Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
Support site preparation, grading, and excavation work
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times




Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as needed
Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in concrete, construction, landscaping, excavation, or general labour is considered an asset, but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods in various weather conditions
Robust work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Strong communication skills and attention to safety procedures
