Organizational Change Manager
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Organizational Change Manager for a long term role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Regina, Saskatchewan office.

Organizational Change Manager - Job Description:
The Organizational Change Manager will support organizational change management on assigned projects, aligning with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology. The role involves creating and delivering change management work products to ensure successful project implementation.

Organizational Change Manager - Responsibilities:
Prepare for change by assessing the magnitude of change from current state to post-implementation
Maintain project documentation related to organizational change management activities
Follow Prosci/ADKAR methodology to deliver OCM for assigned projects
Facilitate discussions to gather and understand stakeholders and impacts of change
Identify actionable OCM activities to incorporate into the project plan
Develop OCM deliverables, including Change Management Strategy, Plans, and Reports
Conduct readiness assessments and evaluate results to identify risks/issues

Organizational Change Manager - Mandatory Skills:
Prosci/ADKAR certification




Gas industry or utility knowledge
Experience leading Change Management on IT projects
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Experience maintaining project documentation related to change management activities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience conducting readiness assessments and making recommendations

Organizational Change Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Natural Gas Transmission & Storage company knowledge or experience
North American job experience
Experience in knowledge sharing within change management standards
Experience working both independently and collaboratively
Problem-solving skills

Organizational Change Manager – Assignment Length:
Initial term: date of award to March 31, 2028, with up to four additional 1-year renewal options.

ASAP

Organizational Change Manager - Assignment Location:
Regina, Saskatchewan, onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. No hybrid or remote arrangements.
