Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced barista to join our team. As a barista, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests through exceptional service and high-quality beverages. If you're a coffee enthusiast with a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other menu items with precision and consistency.
Deliver friendly, efficient service that creates a positive experience for every guest.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
Educate guests on menu offerings and make personalized recommendations.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.




Work closely with teammates to keep operations smooth during busy periods.
Uphold brand standards for quality, consistency, and guest experience.

Qualifications
1–2 years of barista experience preferred.
Working knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Robust customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple tasks at once.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Genuine interest in coffee and willingness to keep learning.
