With more than 120+ service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.
We’re currently hiring a full time Parts/Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This is a great chance for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting operations through inventory management and customer service.
Job Duties:
You must have experience in some or all of the following:
Inventory and stocking parts/equipment inventory in technicians trucks
Counter sales
Customer service and Sales over the phone with customers
Organizing parts/equipment for projects
Ordering and managing parts
Sourcing of parts
Education,
Experience and Language:
Must be functional in English.
Skills Requirements:
Plumbing or parts counter experience is an asset
Ability to offer extended services to our customers
Heavy lifting may be required at times.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC parts and equipment - an asset but not required
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to details
A valuable track record with customer service
