Aventura Marketing is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our Calgary Mall Sales Team, representing one of Canada’s largest energy providers.
This is an indoor retail sales position — no door-to-door sales and no cold calling. You’ll speak with shoppers, understand their needs, explain available home energy options and help customers complete their enrollment.
Pay: $17–$25/hour including hourly pay, commission and bonuses
What You’ll Do
Speak with customers at our mall retail locations
Explain available products, plans and promotions
Complete customer enrollments using a tablet
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Provide a positive and professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Must be 18 years of age or older
Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers
Motivated by sales, commission and bonuses
Reliable, professional and positive attitude
Available full time, including evenings and weekends
Must be able to successfully pass a background verification
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
