Position Overview: Most of your time will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, which includes:
Welcoming guests
Pouring beer samples
Filling growlers
Preparing and serving food
Selling beer to go

Additional Responsibilities:
Ensuring the off-sales fridge is always stocked
Engaging with customers about beer, sharing knowledge, and answering questions
Maintaining cleanliness in the tasting room and kitchen
Performing opening and closing procedures
Preparing food for customers
Washing dishes and beer glasses

Problem Solving: A "can-do" attitude, capable of resolving issues as they arise.
Cash Handling:



Experience with managing cash/floats.

Compensation:
$18.25 per hour plus tips. Tips can significantly boost your income, varying with factors like day of the week, weather, and service quality.
