Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
Support patients with medication administration following prescribed instructions and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic living space
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being
Help with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety for both client and caregiver
Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Experience




Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
Experience caring for seniors, individuals with dementia or disabilities, or those receiving hospice care is advantageous
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards in healthcare settings
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility safely
Familiarity with cleaning routines necessary for maintaining a sanitary environment in healthcare settings
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and families
