Utilize your agronomic knowledge to assist producers in achieving their goals and negotiate beneficial agreements supporting both their needs and P&H;’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and recent clients
• Scout fields and conduct thorough soil assessments
• Communicate product advantages to agricultural producers
• Develop customized agronomic solutions for producers
• Negotiate advantageous agreements with clients
Requirements:
• Valid Professional Agrologist (P.Ag) or Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) certification
• 3+ years of direct experience with producers
• Solid sales skills with proven revenue growth
• Familiarity with modern crop protection solutions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
