This full-time role requires dedication to providing exceptional patient experiences at our clinic open Monday to Saturday. You will greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care. Coordination of appointments and eyewear services is crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and manage patient check-in and check-out
• Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts
• Engage with patients via phone, email, and in person
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Support clinic operations with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience is an asset
• Multi-tasking ability in a dynamic setting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
