This role reports directly to theMaintenance Managerand plays a key role in supporting maintenance operations, inventory accuracy, and preventative maintenance planning.Position DetailsVacancy Type:Existing Vacancy (current position)Compensation:$26.70 per hourReports To:Maintenance ManagerPrimary ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and process incoming maintenance parts and materialsAccurately put away parts into designated bins and maintain organized inventory locationsOrganize and execute the maintenance cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracyMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient maintenance storeroomWork closely with the maintenance team to establish and manage minimum/maximum stock levels and reorder pointsMonitor inventory levels and flag shortages, obsolete materials, or improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with the MRO Buyer to ensure coverage and continuity, acting as backup support as neededSupport maintenance work orders by ensuring required parts are available and properly stagedMaintain inventory records and support continuous improvement initiativesAssist with preventative maintenance (PM) planning, including creating PM plans, part kits, and templates within the maintenance management systemSupport backlog prioritization and PM corrective work schedulingProvide corporate-level support as required,
