Vylor is looking for current students to participate in a unique internship experience. As a Plant Operations Intern, you will be actively involved in corn, soybean, and wheat production initiatives. Collaborating with site leaders and production teams, you'll learn essential skills while managing a summer project with measurable impacts on plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing safe seed production processes
• Support labor planning and equipment maintenance
• Contribute to improvement and productivity projects
• Participate in safety and environmental compliance initiatives
• Engage in site walks, audits, and team meetings
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program related to agriculture
• Valid Canada driver’s license
• Solid communication skills in various formats
• Interest in agricultural operations and seed production
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
