Ideal candidates will have experience in winter operations and be dedicated to maintaining safety standards. You’ll be responsible for operating specialized equipment, conducting inspections, and submitting required reports to ensure effective road management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate spreader, plow wing, and tow plow equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as required




• Review route maps and ensure accurate application rates
• Maintain logs for hours of service, fuel, and safety reports
• Perform pre- and post-inspection checks on equipment
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or 3 license; strong driving record
• Experience in highway and winter maintenance
• Available for day/night shifts and on-call
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• First Aid Training certification
