As a Business Analysis Practice Advisor, you will lead the development of business analysis standards and tools to advance SE Health's strategic initiatives. Your expertise will support Delivery teams by providing tailored analysis frameworks and guidance, ensuring consistency and quality in business analysis across the organization. You will foster a team-oriented community of practice among Business Analysts to enhance capabilities and share best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain enterprise BA standards and tools
• Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice




• Provide coaching to Business Analysts on requirements and analysis
• Establish quality standards for analysis work products
• Integrate BA practices within the enterprise delivery framework
Requirements:
• 8+ years of business analysis experience
• Proven expertise in complex project environments
• Experience in developing BA standards and tools
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to drive adoption of BA practices across teams
