Role Description The Law Clerk will work in office in Toronto, ON in a full time capacity, supporting both founding partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing court materials and other litigation documents, summarizing records, assisting with case strategy, liaising with clients and opposing counsel, communicating with the court, and scheduling matters.

Qualifications
At least five years experience in civil litigation as a law clerk and/or legal assistant.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and time management.
Experience with preparing legal documents.
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with clients, courts, and colleagues.
Proficiency with legal practice management software and common office applications (e.g., MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
