You will assess donated items to ensure quality for resale in our stores, which helps fund job training programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Examine and grade donated goods accurately
• Process items to meet daily production targets

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with great organizational abilities
• Must be 18 or older for forklift certification
• Ability to work independently and in teams
