Brant Community Healthcare System in Brantford, Ontario, is seeking a seasoned Geriatrics ED nurse to provide expert clinical assessment and make care recommendations for older adults in our Emergency Department. You will collaborate with GEM nurses, hospital partners, retirement homes, and community services to strengthen emergency care for seniors.

You will work independently and with the health care team, applying patient- and family-centered care, health promotion, and education.
