Account Coordinator

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Coordinator to support client relationships, account management activities, and daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating projects, managing information, and supporting a team in a rapid-paced workplace.

As an Account Coordinator, you will help maintain strong client relationships, coordinate requests, track projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
Support daily account management and client service activities
Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to inquiries
Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation
Maintain accurate client records and account information
Track customer requests and follow up on action items
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal teams
Support sales and account managers with administrative tasks
Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
Maintain organized files and customer documentation

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
