Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans; ensure items are sanitized and available for service.
- Operate dishwashing equipment following sanitation guidelines.
- Support kitchen staff by keeping the dish area organized and stocked.

- Well organized with a sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.

- Pay range: $18.25 – $18.65 per hour (exclusive of tip pool).
