As a crucial member of Extendicare’s management team, the RAI-MDS Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Director. This role requires strong leadership to implement the RAI process effectively while maintaining compliance with corporate and Ministry requirements. You will oversee data integrity and assist staff in understanding RAI tools, focusing on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in interpreting RAI and MDS guidelines
• Implement and audit data quality processes
• Train staff on the RAI process and tools
• Analyze data for trends and issues
