As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will engage in comprehensive assessments and interventions for burn patients. This role emphasizes Patient-Centred Care while aligning with the College of Nurses of Ontario Standards of Nursing Practice. Your ability to handle stress effectively and commit to continuing education is essential in this agile setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and interventions
• Advocate for patient needs and collaborate with families




• Provide education on burn care to patients and families
• Participate in nursing councils and quality improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
• Recent 2 years of Adult Critical Care experience
• Strong interest in wound care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
