This role combines application processing for internationally trained accountants with a solid emphasis on customer service within a hybrid working model. In this position, you'll support administrative functions related to ITA and MRA applications, ensuring a smooth applicant experience from start to finish. Your solid experience in a regulatory setting and your ability to communicate clearly will be vital in guiding applicants through the process. You will also manage membership database integrity and enhance processes to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate ITA and MRA application intake processes
Provide timely responses to student inquiries and concerns




Prepare and manage documentation for assessment meetings
Ensure accuracy in membership management databases
Collaborate with international accounting bodies as needed Requirements:
Post-secondary education with 3 years of relevant experience
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Knowledge of CRM systems; experience in Salesforce preferred
Proficient in Office software, especially Power BI is a plus
