As a Drainage & Hydrology Designer, you will contribute to the Transportation team from one of EXP's Ontario locations. This position demands proficiency in Civil 3D and experience in preparing designs for drainage and stormwater management. You will oversee projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise transportation design and planning projects
• Develop and prepare design reports and specifications
• Review CADD drawings for compliance
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate resources
• Engage with clients and contractors to facilitate projects
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years' experience
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, ArcMap, and related software
• Experience in budget management and client relationships
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of MTO and Metrolinx standards
