We are looking to hire six Butchers to prepare and portion meat products for retail and wholesale customers. This role involves inspecting, trimming, and cutting meat, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. As a valuable team member, you will also assist customers with product selections and coordinate special orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and trim primal meat into customer-specific portions
• Operate cutting equipment safely for accurate meat preparation
• Weigh, package, and label products for retail display




• Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures
• Monitor inventory rotation and assist with shipments
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in butchery or meat processing
• Ability to use cutting tools safely and effectively
• Understanding of meat cuts and sanitation practices
• Capability to lift heavy loads and work in cold environments
