This role is critical for our Distribution, Transportation and Repair team at Ashley. As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler at 333 Matheson Blvd West, you will handle products across various sub-departments while adhering to safety protocols. Your immediate contribution can help fulfill our staffing needs within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload products from inbound and outbound trailers
• Open, assemble, and prepare products for home delivery
• Follow all Deck rules and guidelines in the Distribution Centre
• Wrap and assemble products from the returns area
• Assist with guest pick-ups and service requests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills for in-house software
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds regularly
• Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
