Positive Shepherd Hamilton & Toronto is hiring for a part-time role supporting shelter residents through intake, housing-based case management, and crisis intervention. You will assist with education, advocacy, and linkages to community services, while performing residential tasks to maintain a safe environment.

Candidates should have post-secondary education in Social Services, at least 1 year in outreach or shelter settings, and a commitment to a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework.
