Using the Collaborative Care Model and evidence-based practice, he or she will assist in a team approach with the coordination and supervision of care to patients and their families. The Team Leader will appropriately assign patient’s care.REQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION(S)Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)CTAS certificationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI)Preceptor Course (HPHA or equivalent), or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hireREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE(S)Minimum 5 years nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting ; current ED and/orICU experience preferredDemonstrated exceptional clinical competence, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated leadership ability,
