As the Plant Controller, you'll work closely with the Plant Manager to enhance financial efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Co-own business operations with the Plant Manager
• Drive improvements in financial and operational metrics
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and KPI development

• Establish and monitor internal financial controls
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, ideally in manufacturing
• Robust knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and automation tools
• Bilingual fluency in French and English required
• Proven leadership capabilities in finance teams
