Become an Engineer-in-Training at Irving Shipbuilding, focusing on the River Class Destroyer Program. Engage in test planning and development in a agile work environment.You will support the Test & Trials Team by contributing to critical plans like the MITES and ITTP. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with project management and planning staff to ensure effective scheduling and documentation. This role requires innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, addressing risk management across projects.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on the development of key testing deliverables
Maintain alignment with Integrated Master Schedule
Assist in test execution and documentation




Identify opportunities for process enhancements
Engage in risk management activities across the programRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Maximum of 6 years of relevant experience
Progress toward Project Management certification preferred
Understanding of naval combat and platform systems
