The role will translate financial and operational insights into actionable recommendations, support due diligence and deal execution, and monitor post-acquisition performance to identify risks and value-enhancement opportunities.How You’ll Succeed:Completion of detailed financial modeling for acquisition opportunities and other strategic initiatives, including synthesizing insights into clear,
actionable recommendations for the executive team.Assisting in the preparation of summary documents needed for Investment Committee submission and approvals.Assisting in the management of due diligence processes, including working with third-party brokers and advisorsAssist in deal documentation and transaction closings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leaders across our business segments with the goal of understanding the underlying business model and drivers of performance.Monitor performance of completed acquisitions, identifying variances to underwriting, key risks, and value enhancement opportunities.Support other ad hoc financial analysis in relation to optimizing the performance of the same property portfolioWho you are:CPA, CFA and/or MBA1-3+ years of relevant working experience ((e.G., real estate, accounting firm, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, and/or corporate finance, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or real estate preferredExcellent financial modeling skills with the ability to develop comprehensive financial models, forecast the impact of transactions on the Company,
and develop business cases to support recommended actionsSolid transaction advisory experience with a good understanding of financial due diligence, valuations and financial modeling with the ability to quickly obtain an understanding of the seniors housing industryStrong work ethic and exceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to operate independently and willingness to own and improve processesStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of working with individuals across various levels and backgroundsAbility to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentAI-forward mindset, with a demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to drive process improvements, efficiency gains and better decision-makingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)What you need to know:The salary range for this position is: $69,953.00-$87,441.50This is an on-site position at our Shared Support office in MarkhamAny offer of employment will be conditional upon a criminal background and references check.This posting is for an existing positionSienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position.Sienna Senior Living is committed to employment equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
