Morgan Creek Seniors Community is looking for dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver direct care in long-term care settings. You will administer medications, complete health assessments, and communicate condition changes to the healthcare team. Flexibility in shifts is essential, as you will work days, evenings, nights, and weekends based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments accurately
• Complete resident assessments and monitor health changes
• Document care and incidents promptly and accurately
• Communicate changes in resident health to care teams
Requirements:
• Registration with the B.C. College of Nurses and Midwives
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of an approved LPN program
• Previous experience in seniors care preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
